MY STORY
The path I wish existed for me
I studied law. I worked in insurance. I moved countries. Eleven years ago, I co-founded a travel agency in Nepal and built it from scratch. Learning marketing, systems, business operations as I went. I learned what it takes to build something real, from nothing, in an unfamiliar place.
But I also learned something else: the cost of an interrupted career path. The guilt. The invisibility. The exhaustion of trying solutions not built for someone like you.
That's when I realised what was missing.
Not another course.
A real path.
I built Earned Autonomy because I saw the gap. Mindset work that stopped at awareness without delivering income. Returnship programmes that recreated the original problem. Freelancing platforms that traded one cage for another. Courses built for beginners when you're not a beginner.
What I didn't see: a structured path to financial independence for serious women with interrupted careers, built on the expertise they already have.
So I built it. Not to teach you something new, but to give your existing expertise the structure it deserves, so it becomes income on your own terms.
I'm not here to motivate you. You know how to work. I'm here to show you a path that was actually built for a person like you.
